Our Assignment

Massachusetts and America are under spiritual attack by the enemy; what was once good is now considered evil, and what was once evil is now good. We know from the bible that we will have the ultimate victory, but this is no time to sit on the sidelines and let the enemy have a field day. His goal is to bring as many to hell as possible. We must stand for righteousness and address what has given the enemy a foothold. In his word, God sets out conditions that must be met to see our land be healed. Once we do our part, he promises to do His:

2Ch 7:14 KJV If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Several months ago, God called me to go to the gates of Massachusetts to begin rebuilding them by going through the steps outlined in 2 Chronicles 7:14. Now is the time for us to start that process. In Nehemiah's day, Jerusalem's walls were broken down, and the temple lay in waste because of the rebelliousness of the Jews. When Nehemiah got released to return to Jerusalem, he and those with him started the process of rebuilding.

Neh 4:17-18 KJV They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon. For the builders, everyone had his sword girded by his side, and so builded. And he that sounded the trumpet was by me.

Once the rebuilding process was started, it took 52 days to finish the walls. I am asking you to join me in spiritually reenacting the 52 days of reconstruction. From Friday, July 21st, 2023, through Monday, September 11th, 2023, our rebuilding will consist of fasting daily and battling the enemy by offering praise and worship to the one true and living God for 30 minutes daily. During those 52 days, we will go to the different gates of colonial Massachusetts to fulfill our part and see a fulfillment of 2 Chronicles 7:14 in our day. First, we will visit the Eastern Gate in Provincetown, MA, on Saturday, July 22nd. Next, we will visit the Northern Gate in Scarborough, ME, on Saturday, July 29th, followed by the Western Gate in Turners Falls, MA, on Sunday, August 6th, and finally, the Southern Gate in Newport Ri, on Saturday, August 12th.

At each stop, we will spend time humbling ourselves by confessing and repenting individually and corporately for our sins and how we have been a barrier to another great awakening. How can we ask God to pour out his spirit when there is unrepented sin? For revival to come, we must address this.

Each gate stop on our journey has been the site of a historic wrong involving Native Americans dating back to colonial times, and repentance must happen there. An additional stop on our journey will be at Boston Harbor's Deer Island, where nearly 1,000 Native Americans who had converted to Christianity were interned during the King Philips War, died of exposure, starved to death, or were taken into slavery. The final stop on our journey will be in Hanson, MA, where we will have a time of praise and worship, celebrating the completion of our assignment and the start of the great commission being fulfilled in Massachusetts and America. If you can't be with us at each location, please join in the battle where you can.
